• Each ticket only valid for single entry visit at the The Shore Oceanarium for a single visitor.

• Damaged tickets are considerable void & not valid.

• The Shore Oceanarium is a non-smoking premises.

• No food & drinks allowed.

• Pets are not allowed in The Shore Oceanarium premises.

• Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and valid only on date stated.

• Ticket price inclusive government taxes (10% entertainment tax)

• The management has the rights to close its premises at anytime without prior notice.

• The management and Staff reserved the right to conduct searches on visitor's bad upon entrance & exit.

• The management reserves right to change add, remove or amend the rules & regulations at any given time in future with or without prior notice.

• The Management reserved the right to refuse and expel any violation visitors without any ticket compensation.

Consumer Image Policy

You may be photographed by our reprensentatives during your visit to The Shore Oceanarium. Your admission to The Shore Oceanarium is an authorisation for us to use your captured image. Prior approval from our management must be obtained before a recording or photograph of The Shore Oceanarium Melaka is commercially used.
